Our Installation Process:

Prep: Thorough removal of existing grass and vegetation.

Grasses:

Augustine Palmetto: Excellent shade and cold tolerance. Finer texture, darker green.

St. Augustine Raleigh: Coarse texture, standard medium-green, well-adapted to clay soils and humidity.

Zoysia Zeon: Premium, very fine-bladed. Superior shade tolerance and soft feel.

Zoysia Palisades: Medium-bladed. Exceptional drought tolerance and handles moderate foot traffic well.

Bermuda TifTuf: Unmatched drought tolerance (requires less water). Fine-textured, excellent density.

Bermuda Tifway 419: Industry standard. Dense, fine-textured, excellent wear/traffic tolerance, requires full sun.

Soil Conditioning

Ensure your new sod thrives with our optional Soil Conditioning Service.

Our service is a three-part process:

1. Preparation: Specialized equipment is used to completely remove existing grass and weeds.

2. Aeration: The soil is simultaneously tilled and broken apart to improve drainage and eliminate compaction.

3. Enrichment: We blend organic compost and nutrient-rich cow manure into the prepared soil.

Soil conditioning dramatically elevates soil nutrition and structure, allowing your sod to quickly establish deep, healthy roots.
